This privacy policy is specific to SBL Yelena and defines how we use, safeguard and protect all the information you provide when you use our website and online tools.

In addition, personal data refers not only to information related to a person’s private life but also data related to a person’s professional or public life. However, only information about a natural person, not about a legal person or an association, is taken into account.

How is your information collected, and what is it?

We only collect personal identity and contact information that you provide by registering through our contact form:

  • Name
  • First name
  • Phone number
  • Email

This data is stored in our database. We will never sell, distribute or share your information with any third party.

  • The Mailchimp platform, which is useful for editing and managing our e-newsletters
  • The Sendgrid tool that manages the sending and security of our email campaigns

It is important to note that some of these companies host their data in the United States but comply with European and Belgian privacy laws, including the processing of personal data, based on the ‘Safe Harbor Principles.’

Logfile and IP address

When you visit our website, we automatically register your IP address which is automatically recognised by our internet server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our website and collect demographic information. We do not link IP addresses to physically identifiable individuals.

Via the Safari browser

  • Choose ‘Preferences’ from the menu (the menu is located in the upper right corner of the Safari window and looks like a notched wheel, or click ‘Safari’ in Settings.
  • Click the ‘Privacy and Security ’ tab. Look for the section entitled ’Cookies and website data.’
  • Confirm the transaction and wait for confirmation that all cookies have been deleted.

Security & Data Protection

For SBL Yelena, the protection of all information and, therefore, privacy is an absolute necessity.
We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, corruption or alteration of customer data under our control. As explained above, each user can be assured that SBL Yelena processes their personal data in a completely transparent and legitimate manner. Nevertheless, under any circumstances, we cannot assure or guarantee that loss, misuse, or alteration will not occur; however, we try to prevent it.

Where is our information stored?

The information you send via our website is stored on a secure server located in the European Economic Union, more specifically in France, with the company OVH.
