Founded in 2015, SBL YELENA is a family company active in the couscous market.
In 2021, after six years of investment and development, the company entered
into full production. COUSCOUS SALEM was born.
Our production site is based in Stembert, Belgium. The company has a production line
with a capacity of 1,850 kg/h. It is the only semolina couscous production line
in northern Europe.
COUSCOUS SALEM offers high-quality couscous semolina, designed
with Berber tradition in mind, using the best durum wheat semolina.
Its bright, yellow grain, easy to fluff, will make all your dishes look better. Fine and medium, our couscous is perfect for traditional, savoury or sweet dishes.
As a global product and thanks to its qualities, COUSCOUS SALEM finds its place at the table of
all families and restaurants. It meets the requirements of Industrial clients.
The COUSCOUS SALEM range offers 1 kg containers, as well as 5 kg and 25 kg bags.
