Seffa Couscous

Sweet couscous with almonds and cinnamon
(Can be offered as a dessert)

Ingredients

For about 6 persons and 1 kg of Couscous Salem semolina
• 1 kg of Couscous Salem
• Cinnamon powder
• Icing sugar
• Crushed almonds
• Raisins

Preparation

  • Cook the Couscous Salem semolina as indicated on the packet
  • Place the couscous semolina on a large dome plate
  • Place the cinnamon powder forming lines one side to the other of the plate
  • Do the same with the icing sugar
  • Sprinkle with chopped almonds
  • Place a handful of raisins on the top of the dome
  • Put some cinnamon powder and icing sugar in separate containers so that your guests can add them to suit their taste.
